Acar Airport Hotel Plus

First and foremost - when we arrived we forced to pay 60 euros despite I've booked a room for 57 cad. The room was at other building not at original as in the main photo. I booked a room with 2 separate beds received with one bed queen size. Shower at room was not working properly . There was not hot water from the shower only from the tap. They didn't provide bath towels for even one person though there were two of us. No hairdryer at the room. Breakfast was awful - french fries and boiled egg which was not fresh though.

Location is close to airport

Hotel charged me 3 times, and when I asked to return my money the staff was not helpful at all, instead of returning money immediately they were saying that they will do it tomorrow and next day again same thing. I finally got my money back from booking.com staff after speaking with them for several days. So basically my trip was ruined because of this issue.

First of all the staff especially Mr.Hamza was very helpful he helped us a lot, price, the location, the breakfast and cleanliness

Хозяин отеля взял забронированные деньги еще и наличные сверху сказав что оплата не прошла!деньги ушли с карты было подтверждение но проигнорировали!отель не советую!
