臭虫叮咬导致浑身过敏

Wir haben 14 Tage in der Casa Quetzalli verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders schön fanden wir die Dachterrasse von der aus man einen tollen Blick auf die drei Vulkane hat. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Es gibt zwar einen Kühlschrank mit begrenzter Möglichkeit, eigene Lebensmittel zu kühlen und eine Mikrowelle, aber keinerlei Küchenausstattung. Die Lage ist am Rand der Altstadt von Antigua, deshalb etwas zu laufen (was uns aber nicht gestört hat).

Solo estuve una noche (fueron unas pocas horas) el Shuttle se demoró de Atitlan rumbo a Antigua, por lo que solo llegué a dormir y salí a las 4:00am, la chica que me recibió súper atenta y amable. La cama es suave y la habitación está limpia, no huele a humedad o con olores extraños.

No sé si todas las habitaciones tengan la misma condición, al menos la mía tenía el baño en el primer piso y la habitación en el segundo, fuera de eso, es una muy buena opción para hospedaje.

C'est une jolie chambre, un accès facile dans les lieux, le lit est confortable, une superbe vue sur les volcans depuis la terrasse. Nous sommes arrivés avant le check-in et on a pu laisser nos bagages et nous les avons retrouvés dans notre chambre à notre retour

The beds were very clean and comfortable

There aren't any staff at all times during the day.

Todo el personal es muy amable y atento siempre. Muy bonitas las instalaciones y excelente limpieza.

Creo que podrían especificar un poco más que a pesar que el baño es privado, este no está en la habitación y hay que bajar un piso para usarlo.

Location was good, near San Sebastián park. Large room with 3 beds. Cleaning crew was friendly.

Property is not well maintained. First night we had to buy Off, citronella candles, and bug spray. Room being on the ground floor with green areas was FULL of mosquitoes. Had to block windows and doors to prevent mosquitos from getting in, which made the room super hot and humid. No attendant on site. Slow communication staff via WhatsApp. If fees were refundable, we would have left. Thankfully we didn’t spend much time on site.
