We stayed at casa Quetzalli for 4 nights, 3 of the days there was no drinking water, 2 of the days we had no toilet paper. We tried to contact them because there is no staff working but never managed to get through to anyone. The phone number they give you doesn’t work, the phone number on google is wrong. I do not recommend this place. If you are staying in Antigua I do however highly recommend the purpose hostel. They have a beautiful facility and amazing staff.

Great room for the price. The property is full of plants, so it's very pretty. It's in a quiet part of town, which is rare, so I appreciated getting a good night's sleep.
