Lovely bed en wonderful breakfast. Lovely staff too.

Location is excellent as it's based in Sliema.

Our so-called Deluxe Double room (room 15) with a Balcony was extremely disappointing - it was cramped and poorly designed and an odd shape. I have stayed at this hotel before so knew it was not up to standard. We soon worked out that the room's floor plan had been 'eaten into' by a hotel linen cupboard and utilities cupboard accessed via the hallway outside. When we queried the smallness of the room we were immediately offered a cheaper room on a lower floor with no balcony (which they claimed had a bigger floor size - the hotel advertised the lower floors as 18 sqm while our room was supposed to be 21sqm). Also we twice requested two luggage racks and were told we could have one, SHOULD one become available. When one did become available they told us we could pick it up from the front desk!!

The room was clean and comfortable with a small balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful

I liked absolutely everything! Super comfy bed, great breakfast, lovely staff. Close to the beach and restaurants.
