Please note that minor guests must present documentation proving their parents' paternity or, if traveling without relatives, a permission form signed by their parents. Non-residents in Colombia may qualify for VAT exemption under Decree 297 of 2016 by presenting a physical passport with a valid PT (Entry and Stay Permit) stamp or a valid temporary visa with a tourism (V) stamp. Without this, the exemption cannot be applied. Colombian nationals residing abroad who enter via Biometrics must request the entry stamp in their passport in order to qualify for the VAT exemption. Important: Prepayments will always be made before VAT is applied. Non-exempt persons must pay the corresponding VAT amount at check-in. Please note that this property does NOT allow pets on its premises. Guests are required to show a photo identification and the same credit card used at the time of booking as a guarantee upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Children under 14 years of age are not permitted. Please be aware that the Cauca Viejo subdivision charges a vehicle entry fee of $30.000 COP per vehicle. This fee must be paid once at the subdivision gate upon entry. Payment can be made with a QR code or in cash. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
