"A true escape from city life."

Staff and service was amazing. Lots of choices for keeping busy (walks, swimming, golf, spa). Food was exceptionally delicious and generous portions in the clubhouse.

"Overall, a nice break and stay at the resort."

The room was brand new, very well decorated and kept. The apartments were beautiful and the view from the bathtub was very special. The interior design of the apartments is very modern and high quality. The adults E-bikes were great to rent and very easy to use.

Children were not permitted in the spa or swimming pool area. The children's activities were also not the best, the art teacher did not seem enthusiastic and there was lack of energy in the room. I think this resort is not fully set up for families yet, especially because it is a pity to not let children use the swimming pool. The hotel management should consider allowing children to use the swimming pool between specific hours of the day (when disturbance to other guests is minimised). E-bikes for children should also be available to rent.

Good location Very nice man Stelios (gold car driver)

Me and my wife wanted to have a morning coffee/tea with our berries (we track calories) at the open place near the restaurant (on the beanbags). I ordered tea and coffee but the waiter told me to leave as they have a policy that guests cannot eat their food there. No idea whose feelings I hurt with a few berries. After that I wanted to have a dinner in the restaurant. I came to the location, said hello to the waiter, he looked at me, said nothing and turned around. Do I need to beg to be seated? I was in 25+ countries, luxury resorts and hotels so I can compare. I didn’t feel relaxed or “like at home”. This place has good location but treatment should be better.
