A very clean and well situated studio apartment, only a 15 minute walk to all of the main sights in Bologna. It was spotless and had a fantastic kitchen/washing machine, that was perfect for our family.

"Perfect location, beautiful apartment - would definitely return."

Very spacious, nicely designed apartment. Added bonus having a small outside terrace. Local are was very good for restaurants/ cafes and perfect location for walking into centre.

Mattress was a little uncomfortable- woke up with stiff backs in the morning. A welcome pack with a couple of coffee pods/ tea bags/ sugar would have been nice.

I was very happy with my staying at this apartment. It was spacious, clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable staying. I noticed that is a very suitable place for a longer period of time as well, since there is washing machine and dishwasher. Moreover I want to emphasize about how helpful and willing to help Sandra and Claudia are. Thank you again.

"great location, overpriced, poor hospitality."

good location

Over priced. No dish or laundry pods. No toiletries. Very hard and cheap bed. late checkin charge of €40 even though I arrived at the same time as the person letting me in.
