The location is great, right in the heart of the city center, a 1-2 minute walk to the metro and 4-5 minutes to Maidan. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioner worked, and the room was as shown in the pics. Easy check-in, I was able to receive the door codes via messenger, so I didn't have to wait to meet someone.

The sound isolation could be better; you can hear the comings and goings of the neighboring rooms.
