Sehr persönlicher und freundlicher Empfang. In einem informativen Gespräch wurde alles über das Hotel und das wichtigste über Augsburg mitgeteilt. Alles blitzsauber und sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Auch für eine Nacht sehr zu empfehlen.
