qto à localização, fica um pouco distante do centro histórico. Não dá pra ir a pé.

Única coisa que achamos que pode ser melhorado é a recepção do sinal de tv, muito provavelmente por conta de ser via satélite ou algo parecido. Ficou a desejar! No resto tudo lindo!
