Très jolie chambre et très joli bâtiment

La literie était de grande qualité, petit déjeuner copieux et soigné.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, le sol de la chambre était recouvert d'une matière grasse non identifiée, qui glissait fortement. Après de longues explications à la personne de la réception, un personnel de ménage est venu passer de nouveau la serpillière, ce qui n'a pas permis d'enlever tout le gras. Au lieu de passer une soirée tranquille, nous avons passé la soirée à nous préoccuper de cette histoire de sol (situation dangereuse au demeurant, tellement le sol glissait). Nous aurions vivement apprécié avoir une autre chambre. Par ailleurs, le jacuzzi était froid et la chambre très bruyante.

We liked the aesthetic, the bed was very comfortable (and a King size, not a Queen as it was listed in the description). The room was a good size. The outdoor jacuzzi tub. The body milk smelt amazing

The outdoor tub didn’t have a cover so there were a number of dead flies in it. There was no hair conditioner (which you could expect for a 5 star hotel) and the shower temperature was temperamental. Breakfast was limited. The self serve coffee machine is bad and we didn’t realise you could get better coffee from the bar until our last day (but you have to ask, again you wouldn’t have to do this in a 5 star hotel).

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Manili Boutique Hotel. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und strahlt eine angenehme, ruhige Atmosphäre aus. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, mit einer schönen Auswahl an frischen, regionalen Produkten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche Personal, das jederzeit mit einem Lächeln für die Gäste da ist. Ein kleines, feines Hotel mit großem Wohlfühlfaktor, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

The staff were lovely, but lack of information given regarding what was available. Everything was very clean and good quality.

Rooms and facilities not as expected especially for an upgrade. We asked to change and lovely staff member sorted this. Although a hob in the room no utensils whatsoever to cook with. Eventually discovered you have to ask for these things from reception. Nothing in room to explain this. No option for the jacuzzi or roof terrace. Very different from advertising on booking.com. Felt very let down as expected so much more.
