Die Lage sowie das Zimmer an sich, fraglich jedoch ob die m2 tatsächlich den Angaben entsprechen

Leider eine große Enttäuschung. Obwohl das Hotel unsere Ankunftszeit bereits für 10 Uhr erfragt hatte, mussten wir für den Bezug der Suite statt der üblichen 15 Uhr bis 16:30 Uhr warten. In dieser Zeit sollten wir auf einer kleinen Bank vor dem Empfang sitzen und warten. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass uns trotz der Wartezeit nicht einmal ein Getränk auf Kosten des Hauses angeboten wurde. Die Rezeptionistin war dabei leider äußerst unkooperativ und nicht bemüht, eine Lösung zu finden. Als Gast fühlt man sich ignoriert, es gibt absolut keinen angemessener Service. Wir würden dieses Apartmenthaus definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

Correct price, wonderful panorama to the Table mountains (at least from the eastern side of the hotel). The use of facial recognition systems at the entrance enhances security. Internet access and reliability is very good. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (cutlery, plates, pots and pans, electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, etc.)

Communication redundance (the same email has been sent several times). They use couriously long email address implying suspicious feelings. Power adapters are not provided for international guests, especially those from Europe (be prepared for this).

The premises were pristine, and the staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness and helpfulness.
