Crash Pad Adventure Hostel

The property, host and location are exceptional. It's a one minute slow walk to the sea/beach, there's a large grocery across the street and you are in the middle of the village with authentic Garifuna restaurants all around as well as other choices. The host goes above and beyond to help you with anything or any advice you need for your travels. And they are just just overall wonderful people. The value is fantastic if you are able to book directly as some other guests did. If not, it is still a very good value. My single room did not get much natural light. I spent more time indoors than expected because of heavy rain so, if I was there more than a week I would choose one of the brighter rooms. Though during normal rains the fabulous rooftop patio provides good shelter. I was there for six nights and would highly recommend Crash Pad and Adventure Hostel.

My lower single room does not get a lot of natural light. For me, one of the brighter rooms is better for a stay of more than one week.

Loved the property, the larger rooms are amazing, very big, comfortable bed, all very well designed. The rooftop terrace is lovely, nice place to hangout. Emma the owner of the property is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Great place for your stay in Hopkins! And if you ride a motorbike - this is where you can rent one too!

The only thing to improve would be to add a toaster and a microwave in the kitchenette

Emma is great! She provided us with a lot of information to help us organize our travels. We also loved the roof top area, where you can hang out with other travellers.

It can get quite hot in the rooms, especially if you did not pay extra for AC.

Not challenging location for Hopkins Small room.

Rooms are nice & clean, nice rooftop. Emma was also very friendly & helpfull, she arranged contact with local for setting trip and she is pleased to give recommendations for visiting the area.

I loved my stay at Crash Pad. Emma has created a fantastic hostel with lots of thought put into the facilities and finishes. Emma was super friendly and helpful. Hostel is centrally located and has a fabulous rooftop terrace for hanging out with other travelers and cooling off in the evenings. Motorbikes are available for rent and I was lucky enough to join Emma for a day of riding through the local trails. Would definitely stay again!

Emma is a great host! she takes you in like family! helps with all kinds of recommendations on what to do/see and where to eat. at the hostel, you have this great rooftop where you can relax after a long day. the rooms are very clean and the showers are amazing.

Great little hostel nicely situated in Hopkins, perfect for a few days at the beach or snorkelling. Emma, the owner, is incredibly friendly and helpful about what to do in the area. In case you have a motorcycle license, she can take you on a tour of the area on some hot wheels. There's a spacious rooftop terrace too, and the hammock up there will become your best friends!

It wasnt clear from the photos that you have to climb a ladder to the bed, the room was small, airconditioning was only available at a 10 usd surcharge per night.
