Treebo Hinduja Mehrangarh Fort

I had a great stay at Treebo trend Hinduja.Rooms are neat & clean. Service is prompt and food is awesome. Attentive staff made me feel honoured. Wonderful hotel & highly recommended

Nothing is good

Area is very bad, and hotel is very uncomfortable,and very small room , less space

The manager was very nice and understanding. He made sure all of our problems were solved. The bathroom was newly renovated, decently clean and had hot water. The king bed was very big. The breakfast was included in the price and was very tasty.

We booked a room for 3 people which was supposed to have 3 beds, but instead we recieved a tiny room with only a queen bed and a floor mattress for the third person. It was 2 AM when we arrived. On top of that the sheets were grey from dirt. We complained, but were told that this is all they had and nothing can be done. We couldn’t even properly communicate with the front desk worker because he didn’t know any English. We asked him to open the room next to us and we saw that it wasn’t occupied. It had a king bed so we insisted that the two of us stay here while the third person stayed in the other room. He was rejecting the idea the whole time without solving our issue. However, we just moved in there. In the new room, the bed sheets had stains all over them and the whole room was dirty. We insisted to get new sheets and pillowcases and he gave us that for both rooms. He told us that we will talk to the manager in the morning to which we agreed of course. The manager was underatanding, but we did have to pay a minimum price for the extra room.

room are too small. place is inside a small street. they charged me double for my food

We liked only the size of the bed, provided toiletries as per the promise.

The irritating sound of AC didn't let us sleep the whole night. And for god sake, take a good measure of the room and update the room size. We have paid for the highest category room and felt like we were stuffed in a box.
