Total Catfish: Basically the room was nothing like on booking, No mirror nor wardrobe Untill Arthur went to look for a wardrobe, not worth 70eur that I paid ( outside of the room were a lot of constructions happening) I was told they just acquired the hostel from its old owner and the pictures in booking are old . Also there was a bar and it was super noisy and I couldn’t sleep

Central to Porto. Clean and tidy. Facilities were useful. All the staff were welcoming. The Beds were comfy. The Price was affordable. Coffee and water is available on request. Activities are well organised.

Tive uma experiência mista durante a minha estadia. Gostaria de destacar positivamente a Bel da recepção, que foi extremamente simpática, profissional e prestativa, fez toda a diferença no atendimento. Por outro lado, tive uma experiência bastante negativa com uma voluntária mexicana. Em um país onde o idioma oficial é o português, ela não se comunica no idioma e também não demonstrou esforço em utilizar um tradutor para entender a minha necessidade no momento. Além disso, o atendimento foi pouco cordial e seletivo, sendo visivelmente mais atenciosa apenas com pessoas com quem tinha afinidade. Outro ponto que me causou desconforto foi a regra da cozinha. Cheguei do trabalho às 6:30 da manhã e não pude utilizá-la antes das 8:00. Entendo a questão de regras e possível controle de ruído, mas isso entra em contradição com a proposta do hostel, que promove atividades noturnas e recebe um público jovem, onde naturalmente há movimento em horários variados. Também indiquei o hostel para algumas pessoas próximas, que acabaram não recebendo um bom atendimento. Isso acabou refletindo negativamente em mim, já que confiam nas minhas recomendações. No geral, acredito que há pontos a melhorar, principalmente no atendimento e na consistência das regras com a proposta do espaço.

Tolle Lage - fußläufig alles gut erreichbar, viele Bars und Cafés in der Umgebung. Sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich!

Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Fehlende Ausstattung (Spiegel, Ablage, ...) - aber das wurde damit erklärt, da das Zimmer erst kürzlich eingerichtet worden ist. Ich gehe somit davon aus, dass es aufgerüstet wird.

I had the best time at the Onefam Hostel. First of all, the rooms are great and everything is super clean. In addition, everything from the hostel was within walking distance. But especially the atmosphere is really good. The volunteers tried very hard to integrate everyone and had the best vibes. In the evening there was always a super delicious dinner together, which was cooked by a volunteer. It was really nice to sit and chat with everyone in the evening. After that, we met every evening with the other Onefam Hostel in Porto, which was super nice, because it was very easy to meet many new dear people. Thanks for the great time!

The moment I entered the hostel, there was a great sense of warmth. The manager Bel, showed me around the hostel and made the vibe very friendly. I was recommended amazing places in the neighbourhood! At the hostel they also recommended us classic to do Porto things as well as some hidden gems in Porto. I would love to come back for a longer stay to this place!
