Everything, I have been guest of Etna Royal view and every time I have been surprised by their attention. This time I was offered their best apartment located at the second floor at no extra cost. Amazing customer service !!!

La gentillesse de la personne qui nous a reçu L emplacement, le fait d avoir eu un studio à la place d une chambre ! Merci Les conseils de la personne à l accueil pour l Etna.

Les oreillers à mémoire de forme. Le petit déjeuner qui est assez calorique. On aurait préféré du pain , toast, beurre, confiture, fruits frais ou jus .

Place is wonderful, very well maintained, parking available and close to Catania, Etna, Taormina, Siracusa. Highly reccomended. Staff are very friendly and professional
