Das Zimmer war gross, sauber und modern. Auch das Bad war sauber und neu, Das Hotel bot im Zimmer kostenloses WLan.

Das Frühstück war etwas chaotisch, es war nicht alles bereit. Das Personal schien allgemein nicht stark dienstleistungsorientiert. Ich hatte kein warmes Wasser und man sagte mir, das warme Wasser sei da.

Hot water and breakfast

Overall the room facilities and services are not worth the money we paid. The breakfast spread was poor. Room did not have Air conditioning and the ventilation was also not proper. There was a fire inside the bathroom during the night and the room was full of smoke. Though we were offered a different room for that night, we were forced to stay in the same room with smell of smoke. The hotel authorities offered to address the issue but did nothing. We developed allergy the next day staying in the room and fell sick. There were limited service personnel for the breakfast area. We found fruit particles inside the coffee served to us. The coffee cup was sticky evidently due to preparing the coffee with unclean hands. The spread for breakfast was very bad and not worth the amount they charged.

The room was near and clean, we had shops near by in case if anything required and it's located in the main area

Severely understaffed. There was just one person to serve breakfast for all guests. There was no buffet. There was foul smell coming from the toilet at all times may be due to unhygienic meat & fish shops within very close proximity!!!
