TERRIBLE communication, we waited 2 hours before they sent someone to help us. We thought we were scammed. Location is great! Many restaurants downstairs and right across Pasteis de Belem!

While location was excellent, communication was very poor and the lack of AC during warm days is a big problem.

Location of the breakfast very close , and also MC donald and Burgers King very close excited for the kids.

The apartment is in a great location plenty of tourist attractions nearby and the train station only 5 minute walk. There is a week beach ticket available for €14 (cais de Sodre line) Plenty of fans available with air conditioning unit in the living room. Shower is great plenty of pressure and hot water, we bought a drain cleaner and it seem to alleviate the problem. Plenty of dishes, cutlery and glasses. Mugs were a bit small I do enjoy a big mug of tea/coffee. Washing machine and dishwasher are both working the problem with the dishwasher was that it WASN'T PLUGGED in. For future visitors the switch on the wall alternates either appliance both cannot be used at the same time. I really enjoyed my stay at this location the park is pretty much on your doorstep with plenty of restaurants and cafes even a McDonald's on the corner opened till 2am.

Not a big issue with us we're the type of family that MAKE IT WORK. The oven only works when everything else in the apartment is switched off eg hoover, fans air conditioning unit. Cleanliness is eye level clean, the main parts were clean but behind and on top of some furniture was a bit grubby. The TV works only as a smart TV you can sign into your own Netflix or Amazon but the HDMI lead is missing to connect the TV box to the telly. I've stayed in a few airbnbs now and the only other niggly thing is no spices to cook with or oil other places have had previous tenants leave their toiletries or bits of long life food products for future visitors.

Staff were excellent, let us check in early and were very helpful. The apartment is in a good location, close to the train station and shops / restaurants. There's plenty of room in the apartment and the beds were comfortable. We had enough fans for each room and a plug in air conditioner in the living room.

The apartment wasn't particularly clean, with insects on some of the bedding and some dirt on the floors. The shower drained very badly so even after a short time water pooled round your feet. And the check in office is quite far from the apartment itself, so a taxi was the only way to get between them.
