The hotel is amazing, I rarely write these reviews but this was an exception experience. The location, facilities, beds, room size, amenities and THE STAFF! OMG I could go on and on about the staff there, every single time they will greet you with the smile and be as helpfull as thry can possibly be about any request you might have. We want to say thank you to Ruslana for brightening our days with smile and kindness! Overall exceptional experience and would definitely recommend to everyone. I know im staying there again if I come back to Alicante!

We love the place, location, the staff was absolutely amazing, gave us the second night stay in the same room, even though we had other room reservation. Lovely greetings for the special day. Worth staying again!

Unfortunately we haven’t been to the upstairs bar, so next time!
