Place is nice and clean, staff is super helpful and beds are comfy

My stay was excellent, especially before the early train to Aguascalientes. I highly recommend this hotel to stay in Cusco city

Great location, best location ever only a few minutes walk to San Pedro market and 10 minutes to the plaza, strong firm mattresses, super clean , hot water , great staff The only down side was very noisy room , no sounds proof , you can hear everything from the others room

The eco is very loud , I can hear everything from the others room and the hallway. Others than that love every thing there , 4 minutes walk to Peru rail station and the San Pedro market was right next to the station. 10 minutes walk to the main plaza , super convenient if you want great location, the advertising free water bottle was a lie , they said it was not them but Expedia false , it 3 soles a bottle if we want to buy it Also don’t book ride from the hotel, they said 30 soles when I asked but as I say there are 4 people in the family they told me it’s 60 soles because we need a van . We ends up with a small taxi and still paying 60 soles On the way out to the airport we ask some taxi on the street ( we met this guy at the wanchaq station ) and he charged us only 20 soles from hotel to airport

Everyone was very nice and friendly. There was no place to sit anything in the bathroom which was annoying. Had room right off courtyard which was a bit noisy at times. Just I note You have to ask if you want housekeeping each day. Would stay there again.

We got back late from our Machu Picchu tour. Upon arrival, I had to immediately go to the bathroom as Jaqueline, Dalia, and Fernando directed me and we laughed about it later. We have several luggage with us as we got a room on the first floor. The hotel room is gorgeous and is set up like a motel but with breathtaking character and charm. Our room was comfortable as can be. Unfortunately, the WiFi did not work in our room, but that wasn't an issue because we noticed this is all around Cusco. Regardless, it is the service that comes such a long way. Breakfast in the morning was delicious with fresh eggs, fruits, and pressed papaya juice. We saw Fernando in the morning and thought he would be returning at night. Unfortunately, he had the day off after and we didn't get the chance to say goodbye. At night we got back to Estancia San Pedro and asked for a taxi to the bus terminal. Jaqueline called our taxi and Dalia waited outside for it. Jaqueline kept calling the cab company and Dalia was constantly looking for the cab. It was so touching to see how much they cared. I cried leaving the hotel, because I noticed their compassion. A few days later, I called the hotel again and got a hold of Fernando. He remembered me by my voice, and that meant so much to me. Hospitality at this hotel comes a long way and to us, we felt their care and compassion that they provided to us. The people here are more than just professions, it's genuine kindness that makes a difference

Amazing service with everything needed: great wifi for remote work, super hot showers and eggs for breakfast with coffee and fresh orange juice. They went out of their way to ensure a super clean place; offered hot water and tea anytime; quiet and safe neighbourhood. The rooms had a dresser, big desk and extra outlets by the beds and desk. Everything is newly renovated with super comfy blankets and towels. There’s simply nothing that this hotel missed in terms of detail, cleanliness and service!
