The apartment was nice and clean. The common terrace has the most amazing view. And the host was very friendly and helpful.

Downtown location.

Unkept. Quite dirty. Absolutely not suited for winter - no heating. ONE TEASPOON for the whole appartment, dirty dishes, no mugs for tea or coffee. The owner wanted additional payment for parking in cash, no receipt was offered.

The property is very close to the center

Cosy appartment in the central area of Vodice town. Nice view on the mountains and harbour from the terrace. A few good restaurants nearby.

there was nothing I liked, for the very first time (and I am travelling a lot for over 10y now) I can’t say anything positive about this place.

there was misleading photos and description, we had apartment with zero daylight, there were ‚fake windows’ only which were facing narrow corridor inside the building, there was constant smell of curry as there were many apartments in the building and were close to each other, facing each other, about 1m apart. no ventilation so all the smells were inside corridors as people had windows and doors open. There was always someone sitting under our fake window so do not even possible to open shutters which means was dark all day. To see whats the weather you have to go to terrace which is on 3rd floor (our flat was on 1st). No ventilation in flat itself as well. Very basic equipment, towels rather old, no toiletries only hand soap. in ‚living room’ just two basic single beds, no sofa. Squicky beds in bedrooms. In terms of cleaniness I would not say it was immaculate clean rather 6/10. One of closets was filled with some sort of old duvets and pilows. I would not recomend to anyone for holiday. It looks like cheap accomondation for workforce / worker dormitory. Also very complicated instruction to get there. alerts that if you early you pay 10€, if you late you pay 10€ for every hour, if you dont find the place and we have to send someone to guide you, you pay 10€. Awful experience.

The room matches the price. It was clean (we didn't find any of the issues mentioned in previous reviews). Clean, with everything we needed. I communicated with the owner directly (regarding transfer arrangements) – all the necessary information was provided, and the rest was up to us. Convenient location, the sea was clean, though a bit stormy, but that's just luck! Everything is nearby. So, I recommend it.
