Appart' hotel Le Monde Paris Pont d'Ivry

The staff and property manager were unhelpful and uncommunicative. The area where this is located is kind of far from the city. It's very inconvenient. When I emailed them for help they ghosted me.

Very nice hotel in a bad area waybout of the way 15 to 20 minute walk to the subway

No hot water for our 3 night stay. Was not officially even told about the lack of hot water but had to find the note posted in an elevator. But who knows maybe the cold showers are intentional because there’s no air conditioning (even though it is advertised), so your room will be the same temp as the outside and the only true way to cool down will be that cold shower. Inconvenient parking. Cheap facilities. Everything they purchased for this hotel is low quality and flimsy. The pictures do not show the reality. The staff does not care if you are comfortable. I would not stay again.

The staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was bright, well decorated and clean.

The only nice thing about this place was the lobby and the room had ac , other than that it smelled horrible in the lobby leading to the rooms the elevator the staff entered my room without asking and when I said something to the staff was no help , I had left a fake ring for it to be stolen lol , would not stay at this place ever again and beware of valuables

Very nice room for the price, fridge, microwave ect. Reception staff friendly and made check in quick and easy. Would stay again without hesitation.

Location and old historic building nestled in the heart of the city. We didn’t like construction work and huge banners blocking the hotel entrance
