"Great value"

Excellent value for a 2 bedroom 2 bath fully stocked villa. Perfect for two couples or a family. Has everything one would need but is not super fancy. It was very clean. Access to the pool is included although we didn't use.

You have to take your own garbage out. Not a big deal though.

"My grandkids loved it"

Everything but the pool kept getting over crowded and other guests didn’t care their were others wanting to use the pool and they were in it every day that we were there

Great location, they had a kids pool and an adult pool, very comfortable beds, and plenty of space for a group!

There were a few little things that maybe needed to be touched up by maintenance. The back door was a bit Janky and there was a tear in the couch. Nothing that would prevent us from coming back.

We loved our stay at Villas at Southgate. Quiet, comfortable and in a convenient location. Checking in was had restricted hours but other than that we have a pleasant time.
