A pousada tem acomodações simples , mas bem razoáveis para passar alguns dias longe da grande cidade. Está bem localizada , próxima à praia da Joaquina e lagoa da Conceição. tem a dona Regi que é responsável da limpeza , muito atenciosa. O bom é que você pode usar a cozinha do hotel para fazer alguma comida , chá , café que você comprou e trouxe para a acomodação.

La propiedad es confortable. Deberian poner en condiciones el sector de estacionamiento trasero, ya que se encuentran escombros y desnivel.

the room smelled musty, probably due to the mdf shelves that were full of mold (I had to cover them with a quilt to make the air less heavy). the mattress was sunken in the middle. Very loud sound, which came from a car parked right below the rooms, on the property, which, according to the manager, was from someone who lived at the back and nothing could be done.

I really liked the politeness and help by the stuff even with just simple things.

I did not like the location. It is close to Joaquina beach but very far from other things to do and I got the impression there are not many things to do in this area.
