homie stay am Schloss Apartments

Location was very peaceful

This is not a property for long stays. It's not all that comfortable in the bedroom. The kitchen area is way too small. We weren't aware that we had to wash our (thin) towels and sheets for a longer stay. There was also no guidance dealing with garbage. Our shower door leaked onto the floor. We were disappointed with the lack of interior decorations. We were expecting something with more charm.

Ruhig gelegen, sehr sauber und groß. Hat alles problemlos geklappt. Früherer CheckIn war gar kein Problem.

Der Kühlschrank ist etwas laut. Wir haben ihn ausgeschaltet da er nicht gebraucht wurde

Aufenthaltsort nicht beschriftet, man verläuft sich wie ein Depp Beschissene Kommunikation beim Ankommen, Normale Unterkunft: Pincode über Booking Diese Unterkunft verweist auf 2 weitere Websites und am Ankunftstag kam die Mail auch nicht, musste im Regen die Bereitschaft anrufen um endlich reinzukommen Von Samstag- Dienstag kein Internet. Es würde sich angeblich gekümmert. Musste es selbst kaufen und es war mäßig. Vom Fernseher hatte ich fast nix. Es ist 2026- ohne Netflix gehts net

The room was really well furnished and equipped (fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, hob), the bed was very comfortable. The apartment is just around the corner from Rottenbauer Tram Stop, so it's totally public transport accessible. The decor is really nice as well. The bathroom was very good and really big. The building itself is really nice, and the surroundings are a pleasant area.

The walk-in shower, although nice, seemed to struggle to drain quickly enough and water could often leak over the floor in the bathroom, which was unfortunate for such a nice bathroom. The WiFi was also quite intermittent at times and could drop and wasn't ever particularly fast. The check in instructions could have been a tiny bit clearer (I arrived when it was dark).

Das Zimmer war nett eingerichtet

Das Zimmer war vollkommen ausgekühlt, die Heizung seit Tagen abgedreht, bei Außen-Temperaturen um -5 Grad Die Hotline ist so gut wie nie erreichbar. Das WLAN hat nicht funktioniert. Es wurde eine Verbesserung des WLAN angekündigt, aber es wurde nichts gemacht.
