Friendly staff and great view

A bit removed from the center, but not too bad (10-15 min walk).

The grounds are lovely, and although my room was the smallest in the place, it was delightful, with sunlight streaming in a a comfortable bed. There is a rooftop terrace overlooking the city, and the WiFi was strong and consistent. Also, the shower had plenty of hot water.

My room had a separate, but private, bathroom, which wasn’t ideal but ended up being quite fine.

El sitio es muy cómodo y tranquilo, queda muy cerca del centro. Tiene una terraza con una buena vista, refrigerador, microondas, cafetera, baño, sillas y mesas. El edificio es nuevo, tiene agua caliente, iluminación y aireación.

The location was great, nice bug comfortable bed. Clean, nice view, the owner was very kind. Accommodating in term of parking so that was very convenient

I feel they wanted to plan our exit from the moment we got in; I understand they need to prep for the next guest but every day they asked us what time we were leaving. Only one person spoke English

Owner took an offline (not through booking.com) $1500 deposit upon arrival, a big red flag. If she decided to keep the money for whatever reason there would be no way to appeal, etc. Owner had very disagreeable interpersonal communication. Was looking for ways to charge extra, like dirty sheets or towels. Very strange experience. I would not return.

チャーミングなオーナーさんの全４部屋のプチホテル。グアナファトは古い建物が多い中、新しくキレイ・清潔で快適に過ごせた。キッチン付きデラックスは上階にあり、部屋にいながら見事な景色を楽しめます。値段の価値あり、おすすめします！朝食やオーナーさん手作りのパウンドケーキ（Pan dulce）も美味しかった。

ベッドリネンとタオルの香料が強く、無臭だとよかったです。朝食等すべての追加消費に15%のチップが上乗せされるので、価格表に明記されているとよかった。この２点以外は、本当によかったです。

La comunicación y el servicio excepcionales. Recibimos muy buen trato y el alojamiento estaba muy bonito y cuidado.

Lo malo es que nos tocó la habitación pequeña, en la que cabía apenas la cama y una cómoda. Sólo estuvimos una noche, así que tampoco necesitábamos más. El baño estaba justo enfrente de la habitación, y pese a que ya lo sabíamos, era muy pequeño (la ducha estaba literalmente encima del retrete) y la verdad que no fue demasiado cómodo.
