El hotel es muy lindo, la vía de acceso es destapada, pero una vez dentro del hotel, hay muchas zonas verdes y no se escucha ruido. El personal del hotel es súper amable y muy servicial.

Hay detalles de la habitación que se pueden mejorar, como por ejemplo la jabonera del lavamanos, el toallero y el soporte del papel higiénico.

Las instalaciones, piscinas independientes en algunas casas y una central junto a la del parque acuático para una muy buena experiencia de los niños. Además la cancha de fútbol, tenis y todos los demás juegos con sus implementos disponibles siempre.

Falta un poco mejorar en la atención del personal. Además hay mucho polvo en las primeras casas y restaurante por la proximidad a la carretera.

"Exclusive surrounded by nature!"

The place has a very nice atmosphere as it is surrounded by nature. Lots of flowers and green vegetation. We even had a small frig in our bathroom. Comfortable bed, nice pool area. Nice staff.

The road to arrive to the place is in a very very bad condition. Broken, dusty, full of pot holes. Our room had a fan that made a terrible noise every few minutes. Very uncomfortable to sleep. There was no wifi in the room, nor in the pool area. When we were having breakfast there was a terrible, very strong smell (like vinager (acetic acid)). It ruined breaksfast a bit. They offered bad quality sausages for breakfast.
