The villa was much smaller than expected

The villa was full of mosquitos when we arrived . The service forced the enter of the villa after we told them no for gardeners. We asked very specifically that we don’t want to be disturbed , we paid late checkout and the lady still called me at 11 to open door for gardener . I said no , as we talked yesterday . Then they opened the villa I don’t know how and entered
