The location was great. The staffs were awesome. The property was very peaceful and quiet. I would definitely go back there in the near future

The only problem was the room… it was very clean but it was hot…. I would recommend installing a A/C in each room… Apart from that everything else was beyond my expectations

Ambiance, the room, a lot of nature and very relaxing. Outside shower was a plus in the room.Staff were friendly and were not over intrusive.

One light in the bedroom did not work. The pool needed a clean but was usable, there was a live rat noted in the pool.

Friendly check in, showed around, given WIFI code. Location, exactly opposite Rick's cafe. Friendly ginger cats and their kitten.

Stayed in a mixed dorm as a solo female traveler. Unfortunately, I was the only woman in a room with four men (I briefly saw another female guest, but she was leaving). Towels and clean sheets were provided, which I appreciated, although I chose to sleep on top of the bedding. Bathroom: This was the most challenging part of the stay. The floor flooded every time someone showered, leaving the bath mat constantly soaked. Lighting was very poor, making it difficult to use at night. The toilet is positioned very close to the door, which makes it uncomfortable, and many guests left the door open while using it. There is no shower curtain separating the bathroom from the dorm, so privacy is very limited. As the only female, I had to carefully plan when to use the bathroom and did not feel entirely safe. Kitchen: The communal kitchen was usable but not very clean. There were bugs, roaches, and lizards (which may be expected in a tropical climate). There are two fridges, but only one was in use. Security: The entrance has a code system, which is easy to use. However, the door was often left unlocked, which made it feel insecure. Pool & common areas: The pool area is a nice place to relax and is relatively quiet, but the pool itself did not appear well maintained, with leaves and bugs in it. Extras: Reception has a small shop and fridge for basic supplies, which is convenient. Overall: I would only recommend this place for a one-night stay or as a stopgap. It may suit travelers used to basic hostel environments, but as a solo female traveler, I did not feel safe or comfortable staying here.
