ROOST Cleveland

Convenient location to restaurants, bars, comedy club, and football stadium. Very friendly staff at the front desk. The logistics of our arrival departure were very good. No surprises. A nice layout of the space. Nice views.

I don’t think the floors have been mopped in a very, very long time. The bottoms of our socks were black with dirt from the floor. Countertop bathroom container had a couple of wha would appear to be used Q-tips. Otherwise empty. Looks like it may have been something that would have held fresh cotton balls or Q-tips? Dusty. Dirty silverware. Needs another chair in the living room room otherwise there’s only one 3 person couch couch for four people to sit on.

I have stayed at almost every hotel in Cleveland for the past 35 years to attend browns games. This one is bye far the best. I know where I will be staying from now on..

The ROOST is a great space. All the staff are kind, welcoming, and very helpful. The space is clean, welcoming and secure. My friend and I went on a girl's weekend and felt safe and secure the entire time, we will definitely be back and recommend.

Felt like staying at home! Beautiful building, gorgeous apartment, walking distance to casino, restaurants, etc. Parking does cost about $42 and the garage is not large vehicle friendly. It’s a tight squeeze but doable. We will definitely stay again!!

Good staff and environment

The shower water got cold fast, and it filled with water while I was showering leaving three to four inches of water in the tub the entire time. They were hairs in the bathtub, and they only give you two towels and two washcloths. On our bed there was a bunch of chunks a little dirt and debris. There was confusion with the parking because we were told to park on the 4th floor to get cheaper parking, but the parking attendant would not let us. He made us Park in the basement. Also the parking spaces and areas to turn our very narrow. It's a very confusing parking garage.

The property itself was wonderful. It was very clean and comfortable; had modern amenities and felt like I was at home. There wasn’t much to do outside of the casino and had a decent amount of dining options but. It also felt unsafe walking back at night.

Location was good.

No grocery store close by.

The safety measures were great. The staff were friendly and always offering help. The style and quality of the property were gorgeous and very well maintained.

The safety standards made it easier to relax.
