"Nice place in great location"

Almost everything was great. So much more room than a standard hotel and the room was nice! My only complaint is that there was no regular cable TV. We tried to find ESPN on the streaming TV to watch a game, but we could not do so.

Beautiful suite, close to a lot of the downtown attractions.

Fire alarms at 0730, only about 6 of us evacuated. Then we asked if it had been cleared and they seemed very surprised that we had evacuated. Tests at 0730 and not letting guests know? Both were annoying. Also a reduction in my deposit without explanation.

"Roost Cleveland is a budget hotel masquerading as a 4-star hotel in the city. It was terrible!!!"

Very large apartment but broken up into small spaces.

Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. There was no window in the bedroom. The kitchen area was overlooking a 10 story parking garage. The furniture was cheaply made. There was no coffee or tea in the room. The bathroom was too far from the bedroom.

"Noisy"

This was our second stay at Roost Cleveland. The first time was fine and since we were there for the Cavs game the location worked great for us. Unfortunately this time they put us in the room, room 253, directly above the exterior garage door and we got zero sleep. Throughout the entire night we had to endure the noise of it going up and down. At first we thought it was thunder as it had rained a little bit so we thought it would go away. WRONG. We finally figured it out in the morning when we looked out the window that it was actually the garage door as we saw cars driving in and out and that correlated with the noise. They really need to give guests a head's up when renting out that room. The rest of the building is otherwise pretty quiet so it was surprising to have experienced this disturbance. Parking is also an additional fee.
