LVStaff were friendly.
Bathroom was covered in mould, it didnt drain. Walls were covered in webs. Furniture was grimy. Chair had a broken support and was left in the room.

Noise above the room during our last night. But so far everything ok

Everything, the carpets were dirty, the curtains in the room didn’t match, and didn’t cover the window. Nothing worked! We asked for an iron, which didn’t work, then the fitted hairdryer blew up.

The bathrooms were the worst. First room the toilet flash wasn't working so the reception changed the room when I informed him. Second room again the shower was spilling all over the wall, toilets were dirty and the washbasin had a big hole which was a piece hanging and broken one attached to it.
GBNo running hot water even got moved to another room at still no running hot water. Plus sockets loose staff can’t understand English and all gathered around front door with a strong smell of cannabis. Not safe if your a female
