We checked in very late at the end of a long drive. Staff was pleasant at check-in. But the room turned out to be less than acceptable. We needed a mobility accessible room and there was only one available. Unfortunately, the bed was unusable on one side due to springs poking through. This meant neither of us could use that side of the bed; an extremely limiting factor. Because this was the only mobility accessible room available, there wasn't any point in calling the front desk at 2 a.m. and asking to change rooms. As it was, by the time we were able to get to sleep after our trip and get enough sleep we missed breakfast. In the morning we discovered that the selector for the shower (shower head vs. hand-held sprayer) had been oriented upside down. It took several minutes to sort that out. When we left, I asked at the front desk for some consideration due to the condition of the bed. Desk personnel told me since I'd partially paid with points for the stay, there was nothing the hotel could do; that I'd have to contact Hilton Honors directly. I was offered, and accepted, two bottles of water (which is typically offered to Honors members for free) and two Kind bars (total value $14). This was not presented as in lieu of any additional adjustment. When I contacted Hilton Honors, as instructed by hotel staff, I was told management said since I waited until check out, and hadn't reported the issue immediately, at 2 a.m. in the morning, that I'd waited too long. And that by accepting the water/Kind bars I had been sufficiently compensated for the issue. This isn't an accurate representation of the sequence of events. Calling at 2 a.m. to request a room change to a non-mobility room was pointless. And front desk staff made NO representation that by accepting water and Kind bars we were waiving our rights to any adjustment to the rate. As long time Hilton Honors members, we were expecting more support from Hilton to resolve this issue equitably.

Cleanliness and location. Close to freeway and places to eat,etc

Hair products weren’t very good and water pressure/ shower head needs improvement

I would have liked there to be body lotion in the room. I also would have liked yogurt for the breakfast.

Staff were awesome

The sofa bed needs to be replaced. Was not comfortable at all, didnt have a good sleep

The hotel is conveniently off the freeway, but you definitely hear freeway noise. You can also hear people in the adjacent rooms. The front desk staff is interesting. Some are friendly, some are apparently unhappy with their job or their life because their attitude ought to be more friendly for someone working in the hospitality business. Breakfast selection is ample but not particularly good quality. Staff is quick to tidy up and clear right on time. If you show up just upon closing, they’ve already cleared away most of the food. Fresh fruit was either bruised or old. Fresh green apples were displayed at the front desk. But every single one I picked up was bruised. Fresh oranges available at breakfast were very small and well passed their prime. Complimentary tea and coffee station in the lobby is available throughout the day. But it was not consistently restocked. Had to ask staff who reluctantly assisted. Hot water thermos wasn’t remotely hot by the end of the day. Rooms are comfortable. Windows need to be washed more regularly. Being out in the countryside near a freeway probably increases need for frequent cleaning. Bathroom was not properly cleaned. Leftover hair from previous guest. Limited kitchen supplies. No sponge or dishwashing liquid. Only option was to use the dishwasher which seemed wasteful and inefficient. The public spaces are maintained at a high standard. Ample parking. No restaurants nearby except for a sandwich shop which is open only during the day. In summary, the location is convenient. Public spaces are well maintained. Offerings are adequate. I give it an average rating because there are numerous areas for improvement.

It was nice and clean. The rooms are great. Loved the space that we had. Was a great stay and we definitely will be staying again in the future

The pillows weren’t the best wish they had a little bit fluffier ones and the towel look soft and they were very scratchy
