Loved everything about hotel only criticism would be breakfast average and make sure to get extra pillows at check in, clearly not enough. Only 3 for a king size bed and pull out had 2; worse front desk had no extra so 4 adults 5 little pillows.

The room was not cleaned well. Shower had mildew and hair in it. Table had coffee stains. One of our pillows was dirty (with some dirt/hair on the spot) - looked like it fell on the floor or snagged on something dirty and housekeeping just flipped it over. Carpet reeked of musky and dog pee smell. The hotel is pet friendly. The bedsheets weren’t tucked in. Just everything not fitting of a Hilton brand hotel. I checked in on my app and selected a room. Supposedly the app would produce a digital key for me to access the room. But surprisingly they gave me a different room when I came in - they said the guest in the room I selected extended their stay. Yet they never informed me until I checked in. Anyways this never happened to me in other Hilton brand hotels.
