La cama esta muy comoda y el lugar esta bonito

Falta un poco de limpieza en el baño, y no por parte del hotel, si no que las huespedes no son muy limpias, por ejemplo, en el baño no metian bien el papel al bote de basura, y eso es desagradable, tal vez cambiando el bote de basura pudiera mejorar esa parte, tambien no le bajan al baño, tal vez unos letreros haber si asi las personas entienden, pero en general todo muy bien, las regaderas son muy amplias

Les chambres individuelles sans douches ne possèdent aucun type de rangement ce qui oblige à s’organiser au sol. Rien de grave mais un crochet au mur ferait la différence !

The space is beautiful, the beds comfy (including the dorm bunks which are quite solid) and the co-working space greatly appreciated.

There was a lot of noise during quiet hours. This included: - People talking loudly around the pool before breakfast - The pool being emptied and refilled at 6am - People in the dorms not respecting quiet hours. All of these make it hard to get a good night's sleep. It seems the expectations around quiet hours need to be better socialized among both staff and guests. Also, the communal bathrooms were not in great shape- 2 of the 3 women's toilets were out of order so the smell wasn't great.

La amabilidad y el profesionalismo del personal, el desayuno muy bien, las camas super cómodas, ñas duchas muy bien y los baños también. La piscina es muy cómoda y agradable, los espacios comunes están super bien para socializar, invita a crear comunidad. El bar está muy bien 👍 .

Solo detalles cuidar entregar las pulseras a los huéspedes y notificar de los los tickes para el desayuno.

Everything was great. The location is convenient, facilities were new and clean. Double bed was also comfortable.
