Location, security and very comfortable bed.

The sofa would benefit from new springs and the clean bedding had a very bad sour smell. It was so strong that we had to leave the window open to deodorise apartment.

Unfortunately, the property was not well maintained and the hosts were not prepared for my booking. There was a bad smell and flies throughout the apartment and old food left in the freezer. The outside terrace was also not maintained or clean. I messaged the host one hour after check-in to say I that I was moving into a hotel but they did not issue a cancellation or refund.

Giovanni was amazing. She let me check in early when the room was done being cleaned. The place had almost everything needed. Location was good, a 20 minute walk into old town, 30 minutes to the river. (According to my Google maps). There is a bar next door but couldn't hear them from inside. The shower worked well the bed was good. The TV only has streaming services. Wifi was excellent!

There is no hand towels in the doorstairs washroom or the kitchen. Other than that it had everything needed for a short stay!

Lindinho duplex com área externa e mesa e cadeiras, quarto espaçoso, cama colchão macio e roupa de camas limpas e cheirosas. Ducha espetacular, principalmente para os padrões europeus. Cozinha com eletro novos. Faltando apenas alguns utensílios. Ótima localozacao

Spacious , clean, two toilets ( but only one hand towel ) fully equipment kitchen ( but no cutting knife, no chopping board )

Only two of dining chairs but one is broken, small dining table, lack of cooking tools and a big hole on the bedroom wall, too many keys ( four doors ) . Beware when using downstairs toilet if you’re teller
