Very nice and quiet place and very friendly host. Would come back any time!

The peace and quietness. Not being harassed by the owners or workers. We were coming late and they didn't bother us at all. Each time we were contacting them for assistance with anything they were responding instantly.

The iron adapter is too loose. They need to put a broom or a hoover for sweeping the house. If they ask guests how often they want linen changed that would helpful. Towels could be put more in the apartment that only three towels.

I liked the tidiness and cleaness of the property though l did not stay or even spend a single night

I didn't like the fact that the caretaker could not give me the keys saying they are experiencing house breaks and robberies,,l was suppose to be informed about this because lf l knew about it l wasn't going to book the property,, this was a big weekend for me and my fiance coz it was our anniversary so knowing that we can't drink or party in your property, we planned and decided to do it somewhere else then come back to the property with my Mrs the 2 of us and rest but the caretaker couldn't give me the keys saying we have one key and if you come late l wont be able to open for you which then makes the property very unflexible and not conducive for people like us,,,so me not having the keys made me feel unsafe and unwelcome,,,,,,. All l can say is you can do better, you do have a nice tidy space/property but the experience l had was not pleasant as someone who was coming from a long journey,,,,,,l am from Bulawo but when l came l spent my whole time in Harare and this was the least of my expectations. I even thought that the caretaker thinks l am a robbery sindicate coz l don't know, but once again l have booked many properties before and l have never had an experience like this, l expected better.,,,please those coming to stay in your property in the future make them feel welcome and needed,,how can you book a property to stay 2 nights and not get the key access into the property. It just make you feel like a minor which was so embarrassing. Thank you
