SAVUS Boutique Hotel

Nicely located near the port and old Rethimno town. Friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast included many items and even the jams and breakfast bars were homemade. Something we learned (after the fact) is that you can control electronically your wishes for privacy (i.e., cleaning of room, etc.) by pressing certain buttons. Make sure that you understand how everything works at check in! Very nice stay overall!

Топ локация ! На главната улица за стария град, но тиха и спокойна стая. Спираща дъха гледка към стария град и пристанището. Много, много чисто. Много удобно. Голямо лично отношение до най-малкия детайл. Разнообразна закуска, като всяка сутрин имаше по нещо типично за Крит и различен вид яйца - много вкусно. Сутринта на рождения ми ден получих изненада от персонала по време на закуска - торта от понички със свещичка, поднесена с песен и настроение ! Благодаря ви, от сърце ! Имахме най-прекрасният престой при вас !

Het warme welkom, we kwamen voor de tweede keer. Verder is het een prachtig hotel, alles tot in de kleinste details perfect afgewerkt en smaakvol ingericht.

Helemaal niets.

Śniadania w formie bufetu były pyszne, każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Pokój przestronny i wygodny. Duży prysznic, który swobodnie zmieści dwie osoby. Łóżka duże i bardzo wygodne. Personel był wspaniały, służył poradą oraz pomagał w razie nieprzewidzianych zdarzeń.

Nie znalazłam nic co by można było poprawić. Jeżeli ktoś ma bardzo lekki sen lub jest wrażliwy na hałas to lepiej wybrać pokój bez widoku na morze ponieważ przechodzi tamtędy ulica, od której słychać szum samochodów.

Belle chambre spacieuse et très bien équipée. Grand balcon et très belle vue. Emplacement sur le port et à proximité immédiate du centre historique. Lit confortable. Personnel au petit soin et très professionnel. Bon petit déjeuner en terrasse avec vue mer. Parking à proximité. Calme.

The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was delicious every day and they provided so many different options for breakfast. It's nice that breakfast was from 8 am - 11 am, so it wasn't too early and your odds of missing it by sleeping in are lower. To my surprise, they upgraded my room which was a really nice surprise! The bed was quite comfortable. The location is great. It's directly across from the beach and you can see so much of the Old Town area within 15 minutes or less of walking. Lots of amazing food places around. If you rented a car, you do have to park at the marina parking lot which is directly across the street from the hotel (go in, go around the loop and take the entrance to the parking lot on your right side, drive as far back as you can go before it gets more narrow). The downside is that you have to pay for the parking. Per 24 hours it was about 20 euros.

My room was right next to reception (which is 24 hours which is nice) but this means it shared a wall with the lobby where breakfast was provided. All night I heard noise from outside and would get woken up around 7-8 am as they were preparing for breakfast. It was unfortunate for the days I wanted to sleep in. Obviously this is only an issue for the room I was in. The fridge didn't appear to work. I had out drinks in the day i got there and as I pulled them out the day I left, they weren't cold at all. I forgot to mention this to the receptionist.
