Location, quiet area, privacy, parking.

The property itself was nice and clean, with a good setup, and parking. However, the communication process was unnecessarily complicated — full of links leading to more links just to find basic information. I really disliked being asked to upload my and my partners passport photos and register my credit card on a third-party website. It didn’t feel secure or transparent. What was most disappointing was that the deposit, which was clearly stated to be used only for damages, was instead charged for an electricity bill (about €5). This felt like a misuse of trust and of my personal information. Unfortunately, since the booking was non-refundable and my vacation was already planned, I had no choice but to go through with it. It left me feeling frustrated and a bit helpless, even though the stay itself was fine.

Location is nice and quiet

There is mould in the house. When we arrived there was a diesel smell in the house. The room door closed from the air and it locked the room, luckily we could get inside from the veranda of the next room. An hour before the checkout while we were trying to clean up the trash i opened the door and to my surprise the owner was there waiting with 2 cleaning ladies already cleaning the outside area of the house. It was uncomfortable having her there and rushed us to leave earlier than the checkout time.

Взяли залог в размере 500 евро, который нам вернули в течение недели. За 5 дней проживания мы заплатили 12 евро за электричество. Стоит учитывать, что мы были там в то время, когда нам не требовалось много электричества, только для приготовления пищи. Но цена, включая электричество, не высокая по сравнению с ценами в других местах в этом районе, которые мы проверяли. Я хочу вернуться сюда зимой, если будет снег. В доме есть камин. Он добавляет зимней атмосферы.

The house is really good, clean, and cozy. There’s a nice shower with good water pressure. There is parking available. The rooms are tidy, and the bed linens are clean and pleasant. Very good views. Overall, I have no complaints about the property. It would have been perfect, and I would have rated it at least a 9, but...

If you have small children aged 1-3 years, this house is definitely not for you, with half-meter podiums and stairs without railings(not everywhere) and barriers. In general, it’s at your own risk. Furthermore, it turns out: - There is another layer in the form of a management company that will charge you a 500-euro deposit before check-in, and Booking.com bears no responsibility for this since you make the payment directly to this company. At first, I regarded it as a scam and had to call Booking.com to clarify that this is standard procedure.(The deposit was refunded in 4 days) - The company’s website will require you to check in online, fill out a form with your personal information, and provide photo ID. - The location indicated on Booking.com is intentionally incorrect. The actual location is several kilometers away, and we spent an hour figuring out that we needed to look for information on the company’s website. - There is nothing for barbecuing in the house; this is the first time we've encountered this in many years. - The company manager was in touch, they helped us to find the location, but for all my other arguments, the response was: "You should have read the additional terms and conditions; it’s all written there." Since the property was rented in haste, just a day before check-in, I simply didn’t have time to read the lengthy document. Well, it’s a lesson learned. Be careful.

Nice location and the bedrooms were comfortable.

The need for a security deposit of 500 euro as well as the requirement to pay for electricity seemed very strange to me. Even though we were extremely careful with our electricity consumption it still cost 50 euros for 2 days. This is pretty much my electricity bill at home for 1 month

It was in a letter box at the door .. - easy.
