Sleep Inn charged more than the price that I booked online. Booking.com customer service useless. Didn't hold the room that I booked. Dirty room, sheets not changed, non-working shower. We left early and lost the money for 1 night's stay.

The lobby entrance was spotless and well-maintained, creating a great first impression. The front desk staff were extremely courteous and welcoming. The room was clean, nicely updated, and very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
