"Was a last minute resort but the room itself wasn't great die to the ac issue"

The breakfast was great

The room was hot upon entry. Once turning on the ac unit, it leaked and the room smelled of mold.

The shower was dirty and stained. The coverlet was dirty and looked unwashed. The sofa and ottoman had stains of questionable origin. And the floor did not seem like it had been vacuumed. Someone’s flossing pic was under the bedside table.

"Horrificly unbearable"

The property isn’t well maintained. I checked in and got on the elevator and the elevator was dirty. Once the door opened to the elevator on my floor I was struck with a pungent odor and dirt tracking up the hallway floor. Then when I got to my room. There was a cup of old fruit on the dresser. The bed was unmade, wrapper on the floor. Half filled cups in the bathroom as well as feces still in the toilet. I had to leave and go to another hotel. The front desk didn’t even want to issue me a refund but was forced to by booking.com
