Good gym, nice room but the service and food was not up to $1000/night.

$55 for room service breakfast and I didn’t even get milk and sugar with my tea. It was Courtyard Marriott quality (which is value-based sister property next door). You have to pay for all your meals separately as there is no charging to the room (at a luxury property!!). They also charge you the full amount for your stay the first night and 3 days and 3 follow ups later I still don’t have a receipt because “their system is down”. So they ensure they take your money immediately before you even step in your room but you can’t get the paperwork to make your expense claim. Given the delay, they should be doing manual copies for their guests. This is supposed to be a luxury property but they don’t act like it. Luxury is about service level and they are a 3-star at best in that regard. Lipstick on a pig type of situation.

The coffee machine in the room was useless, needed to be operated 10 times to get a full cup of coffee, and the coffee mug didn't fit under the machine 😔

Nice decor. Great location. Courteous staff. Able to get us adjoining rooms for our family. Dorian Grey theme was interesting.

No self serve ice machine.
