My partner had a birthday and they made up a small surprise for her. Also, the reception staff and the convenience of the location were great.

The valet parking staff took much longer to bring out our car when we were checking out. One of them was not nice about it either.

Such a beautiful and clean hotel! The staff are incredible, from front desk, housekeepers, doormen, and runners, everyone was so sweet and professional. Location and view from room was great.

Great location, clean room. They charge for room service delivery which I found quite odd but probably a thing in Canada. The rest was great.

Would have liked more breakfast options.
