ダウンタウンにあり、空港バスの乗り場からも近い。観光やビジネスの拠点とするには最高の立地。部屋は十分な広さで、清潔で使いやすい。

周辺は完全にビジネス街なので、週末や夜は閑散としてしまい、カフェやファストフード店も閉まってしまう。少し離れたところにコンビニが一軒あるのみなのが不自由に感じた。
