Exactly as pictured. Extremely friendly, kind, and accommodating staff. They even called the day of check in to find out what time we would be arriving so they could have the AC running and the room cool by the time we got there. Our room was clean, and the wall AC did a great job of keeping the room cool in the 90+ degree weather.

Long and narrow dirt road off of the main streets to reach location. But it was worth it! No amenities to note so if you're looking for the resort experience, this isn't it. We wanted a cute place to sleep after our days out in the Valle, so this was perfect for us.

El Valle es muy lindo y el Hotel cumple muy bien, el dueño te atiende de manera personal, excelente te servicio. Lo único que no hay restaurante pero cómo comes todo el día en el Valle realmente no es necesario

Host is very kind and attentive, the place is very quiet and surrounded by nature. Very clean and comfortable, nice bathrooms. Felt very safe. Loved the terrace to sit in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee

Needs a closet or a place to hang your clothes.
