AIR by Ahuja Residences

I recently stayed at the Air by Ahuja Residence, having chosen this hotel based on its reviews. Unfortunately, my experience did not align with the high expectations set by those reviews. We booked two rooms, and both had significant issues. One room had stained bed sheets, which was unacceptable. The second room had a strong smell of smoke, creating an unpleasant atmosphere and bed sheets look so old and used. These issues are not indicative of a 4-star property, as the hotel is advertised. Based on my experience, I would rate it closer to a 3-star standard. Regrettably, I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The actual experience did not reflect the quality suggested by its online reviews.

I liked the service of the housekeeping and they were generous enough to accommodate all our needs.

Good location. Very clean lobby, room and cafe. Breakfast was simple yet satisfying. Tea was great. Staff were polite and helpful. In-room service was fast.

Balcony wasn’t clean, hence didn’t go out to balcony. Towel quality could be better. Front guard could be more attentive.

Hotel reception and staff are quite supportful. The room is clean and comfortable. There are useful meeting room with IT person. Location is near the shopping center. If you need more mineral water, please contact to reception who will submit the further bottle by free.

Weak point is noise from external due to beside the busy street / road. Note: available room service menu though not available alcohol.

That they focus on the environment. Cleaning the air in the hotel makes it a very pleasant stay. The staff were super helpful. Restaurant was good too. Breakfast slightly limited compared to other hotels but plenty to choose from. It will be great if they could supply body lotion.

They didn’t have a gym ( or perhaps I didn’t find it.)

Beautiful hotel, the spaces are stunning, rooms are clean, food was great. They have air purifiers which for November pollution was perfect we didn’t feel the pollution indoors which was particularly important as we were traveling with our baby. We only stayed a night as we had a layover and it’s close enough to the airport. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone.
