The bed was super comfortable, great night's sleep. The view of the river was also really nice. There were cleaning products which were good to have to hand. The apartment was pretty much clean. We also ran into some of the neighbours who were lovely and polite too.

There were a lot of spider webs and nests on the way up to and outside the apartment. There was hair in the shower drain which I had to remove myself. The main sofa wasn't very comfortable, being able to feel the wood support beams underneath when seated. There was a loose piece of laminate that me and my partner slipped on multiple times when going to wash dishes in the sink. I also had an issue with the plug in the bath, it was the type you push and turn but it wouldn't go down. I suffer with pain and was hoping to have a bath to relax, when I messaged the host to ask what the issue was they didn't reply, but then had no problem sending me the code for the lockbox to check out the next morning. They kept the toilet paper in the kitchen cupboards which we only discovered after searching after running out in the bathroom. The TV also played up, struggling to turn it on after a while with the buttons on the remote sticking too. They also require a £150 deposit on top of your booking fee, before checking in which I didn't realise and won't get back for up to 14 days.

The location was perfect for central Manchester. The apartment has lovely views and secure parking. The host was very responsive in helping with queries. Would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately the lounge blind was not in place so could not use it at night. Maybe a few more kitchen utensils such as microwaveable pots.

- communication (security deposit) - condition of the apartment (things had been left in the dishwasher etc.) - towels and bedsheets for only 2 persons (we were 3)

The property was clean and had everything that we needed.

The mass of spiders that lurk in the outside hallway and stairs!! Walk with your hands in front of you to avoid webs engulfing your face!

Apart from delayed response from staff, rest was pleasent.
