This hotel and staff were outstanding. The breakfast buffet and selection was impressive, and our food orders from the restaurant were delicious as well. We loved sitting on our balcony, watching the ocean and the motorbikes. The café and massages at the spa were wonderful, and beautiful views from the pool as well. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

The only downside was the lack of storage but we made do. More hangers or a hanging shelf option would have been great. Tip: If you hear an alarm when you shut the door to the room, click it shut with force. It was alerting us that the door wasn't shut completely and it took some time for us to figure that out!

Everything about this hotel is excellent!!! The staffs were nice, the hotel lobby and our room are really clean, the pool with amazing views. We would definitely coming back!

The hotel looks exactly like the photos, view was phenomenal. Breakfast was good, staff was nice. It was clean, location was good - the main beach is a bit further down the coast, but that's to be expected, at least it was calmer there. Overall I was satisfied, but there were some issues.

There were three main things that made me lower the rating. First and most important was very poor AC when it comes to drying. It's a beach hotel, it has a swimming pool, guests are bound to have wet swimwear. I left my bikini in the bathroom and they were still damp after 15+ hours there. They get dry in 30 mins if left outside... Absolutely crazy bad ventilation. Another thing is noise. I'm heavy sleeper and not noise sensitive, but I could clearly hear noise from the street (on 15th floor no less) and was woken up by music from outside more than once. It's a new building, how can the insulation be this bad? And third thing, I had very early morning flight after checking out, so I figured I'd ask the hotel to organize it for me so that I won't have to scramble for Grab at 4 am. I expected it to be a little more expensive than Grab, but when I checked in the morning, it turned out to be more than 4x more expensive than Grab! My mistake for not checking in advance, but seriously? Not what I would expect of a 4 star hotel. And it was just regular taxi, no luxurious experience. And beds were very short (180 cm max, I'm very short and barely fit in them) and uncomfortable, sheets felt plastic.
