The location was accessible to alot of places such as malls ;banks ;fast food restaurant etc.The pillow n bed was comfortable though I stayed there for a short period of time.

The room size was small. Bathroom small n there was a damp smell from the toilet when I went inside the room .I was too tired to change room nor called up the receptionist to inform about this issue.

very very clean and good central location to everything we were there to see wonderful staff

the breakfast was not a good variety and no convenience store at the property to get quick essentials from but using grab app made it just fine for that situation we will definitely stay again and again when in Surabaya
