Loved the updated rooms. It was like staying in a fancy airbnb! Mattresses are like a memory foam. Super comfy. Keureg coffee pots. The girl that checked us in was super sweet. Not sure how we havent stayed here before as we are in Eureka springs at least 10 times a year, but We will be back.

There was nothing we didnt like

The Inn was very central to everything, very short drives to everything, rooms were clean,A/C worked very well! The beds didn't seem like we would like them but they ended up very comfortable, it is memory foam, so it contours to you body!

The bathroom was small, it was a tub/ shower combo, which i don't care for, but it was clean and did the job. The key pad didn't work but we called and had a wonderful lady come give us a key right away, so it worked out and we didn't have to wait.

Shower was good and plenty of hot water

Bed was to hard very uncomfortable. Hair in tub .toilet dirty. Cable out so no tv. Carpet dirty. And all this i still couldn't check in any earlier. Even tho room was ready.....I will not return

The location and the updated room they need to update the rest of the rooms Staff was real friendly

The rooms were dirty But staff took care of us. By putting us in a different room and made sure it was clean before us moving
